nazanin katouzianin 1871 David Henry Haeger, a young son of German immigrants, acquired a factory at Dundee, Illinois. A brick factory, rebuilt Chicago after their great fire in 1871. Many generation of Haeger have been associated with ceramic industry. David's descendants have pursued to the present time. Haeger progressed to include art works in 1914's in their productions. In 1930's they began to make a line of commercial dinnerware, which was marketed through Marshall Fields. Haeger artware was successful so they established plants in Macomb , Illinois.
