charming sterling miniature figure resting on a piece of round green jade with incredible ornamentation and decoration. excellent condition,  has double marks on the figure in etch and on the base. Believe to be Japanese or Russian sterling silver, as it's mark 84. measuring 1.5" diam and 1" height at the tallest. it's delicate, fairly heavy for the size,  of being so small
