James McNeil Whistler Black Lion Wharf Signed Titled Print Brown Bigelow

Brown & Bigelow St. Paul Minn. Printed in U.S.A. is on the very top left scripted in fine print. Inspires entitled, "Black Lion Wharf". Double signed copy, one dated. Singed Whistler,  "Whistler 1859". Apparently seated portrait is viewing the Black Lion Wharf on his Right. Harbor view, fisher men, boats, and surround buildings. The Print is covered in glass, framed thinly with black wood, and is prepared for hanging, with label on verso handcrafted by The Paint Spot in Southern California. Aged & excellent condition.  Apparent that Original is Made by Artist James Abbott McNeill Whistler , located in Minneapolis Institute of Art.
