Thomas Webb English Glass Bubble Globe Signed Votive Candle Holder Striker

Signed by Webb. Very charming bubbles on globe style votive glass / crystal heavy candle holder or match striker. Made by English glass maker Thomas Webb or his Co. At vintage time, and didn't survive. It has two imperfections on the very top and the base. The top is scratched and looks like it fell, and damaged. The base has a cut and semi sharp. It probably requires to be looked at.  Unfortunately due to the glow of the glass is difficult for precise pictures of the imperfections.
