A good looking multi function table lighter, beautiful hand cut shiny crystal topped white metal tangible & movable stopper, makes a mini vase, bowl etc. The metal is marked Japan. Has not been practiced, possibly requires gas, most likely from post mid century. Excellent appearance, no chip or cut, aged patina on the metal, noticeable on the images.. Measuring 5" H. x 4.5" W. x base of 1.25" base D.
