Caroline Burnett also known as Carolyne C. Burnett (1877-1950). American born artist, Known for Paris Street Scene Painting. She has impressive auction records, known for impressionist street scene of Paris, France. Contemporary movement in France during her time there with abstract influence figural produced for tourist market. Artist is a member of Societe de Boeaux arts in Paris exhibited her work in 1898 using light & shadow with skills. 

The art is oil on canvas, gilt work ornate frame, and a white textile liner. The condition is excellent with sign of aging for being vintage. 

The signature is on the very low end of right.
