Red Lacquered Chinoiserie Dutch Figurative Japan Musical Box

Collaborative, attractive & unusual Chinoiserie red lacquered super glazed desk set, overall 12" x 4" x 7" . Rectangular design, smoking set / music box, a glass lighter in shape of Dutch shoe, white metal hardware, black base, marked & numbered. Music box, also a cigarette case, has removable center lighter, bronze etched floral ashtray. Hand painted, in gilt, depicts Japanese mountain, flower, hand set mother of pearl. I has Japanese music theme. Upon opening the lid to the box of 1.5" x 3.5" x 5", the center lighter turns, plays music, and stops when lid closes. marked, made in Japan, Holland 1764 in etch.

4.5" x 2.5" x 2". side wood ashtray is about 3.5" x 1", white metal movable pieces. Overall in aged, very good condition, only a visible small crack on the side ashtray.
