Made in Italy by Nann. Noted on the label next to the black leather accent. A golden mesh tubes with button like center cabochons. Excellent, with sign of aging. From post mid century likely 70's. Quite unique, and perfect accessory for day or night on little black dress, red or blue jeans. 37" around the waist, with about 1 inch thickness. Marked on the label and numbered.
