Spectacular signature watercolor gouache. The color of Blue, touch of brown and white are amazing for the open sea, and wave interactions with brown stones.. The art is framed in thin golden wood & decorated with white mat, with gorgeous beaded style borders around the actual art. It is secured verso with black cardboard. Art is covered with anti glare clear glass like. The actual painting, covered has issue, just a touch of cut. The overall condition is excellent condition.  The signature has not been identified. Signature of the artist is on the very low end right side "closeup images"
