The art is engraved on paper and has gold paint. Beautifully decorated in colors, and soft blue mat is remarkable. It has multiple marks, Malbeste engraver, Isabeu Delin, Dupree " The Belgian Philosopher, Percier the designer, and more french names and scripts. The condition is aged, and has wrinkle effect imperfection on the very end on the white ,  not on the art. The art is secured in glass, and verso is closed with paper. Gilt decorated Coat of Arm.
