Beauty of Antique plate on this charming 19th Century beautifully survived this gorgeous blue and white decorative plate, with provenance made by Creil Flora in France, vaguely marked stamped, boldly engraved symbol. The previous owner collector received a gift from Paris friend Ginette Roger noted with black ink on the back.
