Beautifully designed with deep blue Medallion Flowers, over this attractive very vintage porcelain 10.5" diam charger. It has few aging yellow spots which is noted on the image one. Also free of any chip, crack or crackle. Decorative wall or kitchen display. Made by F. Winkle, possibly from circa 1900, transfer in blue over white.
