The work is spectacular. The signature on the very low end defines Bernard. The icon is or white metal etched Sancta Teresia A Jesu Infante Medallion. The Verso is made of bronze indicates France. The Frame is of Bake Lite or something similar such as hardstone, in beige and dark green / blue. The condition is excellent with signs of aging. The insignia is on both sides of the Medallion.
