Its a remarkable work of art. Khatam Kari jewelry box is made by Persian Artisan. The workmanship, is beautiful, elaborated inlaid marquetry in fabulous clam shell style. Hinged, decorated, gilt, miniature work, and is made of wood. Medallion ornamentation, large enough to hold your heirlooms and keep sake, or on the cocktail table to entertain guests. The box is in very good condition, with sign of ware, only a touch of imperfection on the exterior cover, noted on the image, except the blemishes which results from the glow and glaze .
