An impressive Snowy Egret bird, very likely watercolor Guache painting, by M. Devoe, specialized in Flamingo and exotic arts. Probable 1940's with original wood frame slightly gilt. Appears, to be in excellent condition, normal wear, few distractions on the wood frame, under glass, with secure paper reverse and label of Framing Shop in Arizona. overall measuring : 20.5" h. x 16.5" w. x 1.5" d. with dark mat.
