Figurative portrait of a woman with a bun hair do singed Thelma Hope Paddock 1898-1991. Featuring believe to be watercolor, with remarkable hi & lo. Original period light wood frame. Aged, doesn't appear to have any condition issue. Research, noted, that American artist Thelma Paddock, was born on a farm in Indiana Port. Known primarily for her portrait, and scene from her world travelling of 1940 to 1947. Artist and her family moved from Indiana to Southern California, in 1908, and began study at Otis art Institute, as well as Chicago Art Institute. She was a studio painter as background canvases for MGM Studio, while studied and lived in Beverly Hills. Moved to Corona Del Mar, and later settled in Newport Beach. Her medium specialty, boat, marine and oceanic nautical (please view her art of Oceanic). She is a Listed Artist with Impressive Collection of Arts. This painting is Incredible !
