Impressive, intricate, vintage embellished dress clip, decorated rhinestones over pops of brass flowers, and leaves. The condition is aged with multiple signs of aging. Initially acquired from an antique shop to embellish and design a purse. The dimensions are 3" x 2.5" and all in tact. Best guess is from art deco period of 1920's, with multiple decorative purposes.
